International Order

Czarina uses DHL for deliveries to your nominated address. It charges $45 flat rate standard shipping for all the orders under $300.

Czarina dispatches most orders from Sydney, NSW, Australia. Anticipated delivery time 7-10 business days. Some orders can be drop shipped from India specially in the event of custom orders.

You must provide correct and complete address, including a company name where applicable, and at least one contact telephone number.

All parcels require signature upon delivery. We recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where you will be able to receive it between 9am and 5pm.

If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, DHL will redirect your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.

Please allow up to 5-7 extra business days for your order to be proceeded before shipping specially during peak seasons.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE ORDERING YOUR DRESS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION AND NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE PLEASE DO PUT IT IN A NOTE SO THAT WE CAN MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU.
